Why Is My Decoder Showing E48-32?

The E48-32 error usually means your decoder is not receiving a signal from the satellite dish. The most common causes are a dish that has shifted out of alignment, a faulty or moisture-damaged LNB, loose or broken cabling, or a connector that has corroded over time.

Before calling, you can check that all cables are firmly connected and that the dish has not been knocked by wind or a recent storm. If the error persists, our Boksburg technician will test signal strength at the dish and decoder, realign the dish or replace the faulty part, and confirm every channel is restored.
